Great service with attention to detail and spends plenty of time with you explaining anything you might not be clear on. Works hard to get the best return possible! Jack Winn is amazing and we are glad that we have him managing our tax return. :-)

He prepared my taxes well, as far as I know, but I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED when he refused to do my Recovery Rebate credit just because some previous clients had applied for it and the IRS claimed to have already sent them their stimulus checks. Now that I'm looking more into it, that situation has no negative impact on him as a tax preparer. So it leaves me wondering why he didnt allow me to do the Rebate Recovery Credit especially because my check doesnt have anything to do with whether or not other clients received theirs. Now I have to go through the trouble of doing an amended return and finding a trustworthy tax preparer who will do things right.

Jackie was amazing and so helpful! We were so sad when she left. But Tom stepped in and was so informative and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better tax services!

Had to get some paperwork from last year for my elderly dad, cause he can't get around without help & his memory is fading, when I called for help from tax doctor,they helped us right away,I appreciate there prompt attention to this matter,& my dad did remember how well there quality service was when he had his taxes done there for years,thnx tax doctor" good people working there, knowledgeable and great office decor.

I have had my taxes done with tom since it was just tom single office 30 + years ago.

He makes up his prices as he goes along. They think just because your getting a lot back they can charge you double
