I have had to have homeowners insurance for over 40 years and have only ever used it once, for some minor leak. So, I have paid a lot of money for something I essentially never use. If the law didn't require me to have it I probably wouldn't. Insurance is a negative. John Petit agency is a positive.

To be honest, I set my payment on automatic.
I have not had issues so far, which is good.
In terms of customer service, I haven't had the chance to interact with John, but I wish him the best.

Requested a quote. Had to follow up two days later from no response. Then he sent me to what I believe is his assistant. Sent some private information and had to follow up again. No response. Embarrassing. There’s no way these other reviews are real.
