I have never encountered an issue with this Insurance. I have been a customer for about 4 years. Great customer service my to go to is with the representative Nayeli. She is great and always finds a way to make it easier for me to submit paperwork. Emails work best for me and she always has a fast response which is very helpful. And also gives various quotes to what may work best for you.

They canceled my insurance for no reason

They helped me right away, looked into my driving history and gave me a quote in minutes. But of course u got to be logical if ur paying the states minimum amount and get in a bad accident that's waaaaaaaayyyy worth more then ur coverage well done expect to be fully covered. Choose your coverage carefully/wisely..... Thanks LA auto for a better quote then them higher well-know big companies that like over charged.

They will sell you insurance, but they won’t help you, when you need help and , if you want to cancel the policy, they will charge $100 for cancellation fee. Just go with reputable company and save your self

Hola mi nombre Antulio. Yo cuando me toca pagar la aseguransaLA's Auto Insunce entro ala oficina el personal me saluda. Amablemente y me ponen atención. Preguntan si voy hacer un pago o me hacen Opciones de preguntas. También les habló por el celular cuando boy hacer un pago con tarjeta débito y el personal listo ya está pagado. Me ahorro tiempo de ir con una llamada hase la diferencia.

Precios bajos y excelente servicio al cliente. Muy agusto con mi seguro de auto. Los recomiendo100%

Rude do not have insurance went in to ask a question about registration she says " oh we don't do that I'm sorry. Bye." Was barely able to get the words out of my mouth!

They will steal ur money, dont bother
