I was expecting an apology for the bad service I have received during these couple of days, but instead I felt like I was attacked. It affected me deeply, and cause me to have a panic attack, as I have never been spoken to like that by an agent. I am sorry, Andrea, if it is unpleasant for you, but I felt humiliated and insulted by the way you spoke to me. I know you apologized later for your behavior, but, honestly, no customer should be experiencing such an attitude from their Insurance agent. Yes, we are all human, but customers should not feel your frustration because you have had a bad day. Allstate should pay more attention to the Customer Service Training of their agents. I appreciate your emails today, and will follow up. Having said all that, I have added a star. Hope my issue will get resolved and the review will become better.
