Been with the company over 30years - auto and home. First claim for home - water damage. Started claim in November. Have not received any communication about the claim. The agent is not helpful at all.

Horrible--this agency calls and illegally threatens other parties involved in claims with their clients that they will have their license suspended. Steer clear of these folks---not knowledgeable AT ALL in insurance laws or privacy laws.
