Here is another one for the books and a reason why I will never change to another insurance company no matter how much cheaper it may be, the around the clock support is priceless. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to reach out to Jeff to help out with something last minute and he is always there. This past Saturday my boyfriend and I took our boat out and launched it and some how my truck got stuck in park(boyfriend didn’t set E-brake). So the truck was stuck on the launch ramp with the trailer and boat in the water. We had terrible service and towing dispatch did not see roadside coverage on my truck. Mercury was closed so I gave Jeff a call to verify coverage, I appreciate him answering during his personal time and so grateful and told him my situation. After a few dropped calls and trying to set up a tow service, Jeff called me back and had roadside on the other line. I’m so grateful for Jeff and his staff at Wright insurance, their personal service alone is worth everything and they always have my recommendation when friends or family are looking for insurance.

Ask for Jeff Wright, he's super knowledgable and cares about ever single ome of his clients. He literally treats me better than family and always has my best interests at heart.
