This insurance company is awful. Not only do they refuse to cover anything, but their customer service is downright rude with a nasty attitude. Every time I called, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me, and getting a claim approved felt like pulling teeth. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They’re a waste of time and money.

If I can give 0 stars I would . Don’t go to this insurance they literally don’t kno what they are doing they have messed up three times on my policy !! Three times !!! Then she called me a liar for telling her what they did wrong on my policy and that she don’t care what I have to say Bcs her workers are her family . And started to cuss at me and she’s the MANAGER. Her workers are so rude and manger is so rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend. They will have you uninsured with out letting you kno .

Came here to give it a chance even though I read some bad reviews. The agent gave me a really good price on my quote and explained everything thoroughly to me. Every other insurance office I went to tried charging me an outrageous broker fee and Town Insurance was the only reasonable choice. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Town Insurance.

👎Our experience here was pure hell, VERONICA IS VERY RUDE!!! We have been insured by this company for 10 YEARS, have our 1 accident in 10 YEARS with FULL COVERAGE???? And come to find out I quote"full coverage is not full coverage, it's Liability with coverage." So instead of trying to fix the problem we get and again I quote"well u can just cancel your policy("full coverage" that doesn't even cover a tow truck) but I don't know what more you want me to do" Are u F***ING kidding me. Rectify the situation. SO IF U ARE BUYING A FULL COVERAGE POLICY FROM THEM, HAVE THEM EXPLAIN WHAT FULL COVERAGE TO THEM IS AND WHAT IT COVERS👎👎👎👎
