Unfortunately, called yesterday over span of 3 hours awaiting for a call back for an auto insurance. I was initially told every one was at lunch at 3pm. Then I called back at 4pm still couldn't reach an agent. Then called at 530pm since receptionist stated they close at 6pm. However, the phones were routed to Customer care center. This such a frustrating process attempting to reach this office.

I went into State Farm to get an auto insurance quote. Saul was very helpful. He explained each coverage I was getting. He was honest and up front with everything. He answered all my questions. I told him I needed to explain the quote to my mom and see if she was okay with the coverage we were going to get on our vehicles. Saul kept in touch with me to see if my mom liked the quote and if she had an questions he was more than happy to answer all her questions. I then took my mom to State Farm and we sat down with Saul and he explained everything to my mom in Spanish and my mom loved that Saul was patient and explained to her in detail about the coverage we were going to get on our vehicles. Saul saved me a lot and provided more coverage than the previous insurance we had. He will find the best way for you to cover your car, or property. He treats his clients with respect and reliability. I highly recommend Saul.

I have been with this State Farm office for at least 15 years, and I can say they have never, ever disappointed me. Everyone is extremely professional and efficient and when I have gotten into a car accident they have also been very reassuring on a personal level. I feel I am being treated fairly and kindly at all times. When I call, they get back to me right away. I have worked with Araceli and she helped me tremendously when I was trying to figure out what to insure, for how much etc etc. She was very thorough. Araceli and this State Farm team are people you want behind you when dealing with insurance matters.

Always great service. I’ve been a customer with the San Pedro office since I was a teenager. The staff goes out of their way to find me the best deals and discounts. Their rates were so much better than other agencies when I was shopping for home insurance.

If I could give them no stars I would. They have absolutely messed up my policy, luckily, there was another agent who was able to clean up their mess. They added a policy to my monthly that was not mine & I had been paying for it for 5 months. I didn’t look at my policy because I trusted that they knew what they were doing but clearly I was wrong. Do not do business with them.
