I was in an accident causing alignment damage to my vehicle.
Claims was giving me pushback that the damage wasn't related to the accident which was crazy as pre-accident my vehicle was aligned, post-accident my steering wheel was a quarter turn to the left when driving straight.
I stopped talking to them and instead decided to involve Brad and Ronda directly. Brad has been my agent for somewhere around 20 years.
Brad personally spoke to the repair shop manager who then looked into it and said a mistake was made, and the damage was related to the accident.
Everything went smoothly after that. Took the vehicle to my own shop with Brad's blessing, I sent the estimate directly to him. One day turn around and she's good as new.
I also received a check reimbursing my deductible payment as the other driver was at fault.
A+ customer service on the agent side of things.
