While Cathy was easy to work with to start my policy, I felt that the rest of my experience was riddled with unprofessional experiences. Cathy left a voicemail on my phone detailing private information for someone else's policy including their name, policy #, address, etc. I received emails about appointments that I did not schedule. And the final straw was my rate increasing by 40%+ without any form of notification or explanation. Super happy to have moved to a different insurance company.
