I drove from San Diego, during rush hr took me 3hrs! U & A auto closes at 6pm. Her boss approved her to stay and wait for me I arrive. I arrived at 6:26pm she took care of my title & registration. Now that’s quality service provided. I walked out happy & smiling thank you again!

I can't recommend this place strongly enough. Friendly, professional and efficient. What a pleasure it was to work with Alinna. She was courteous and kind, but also focused in getting me my new license plates, registration and title asap. She answered all the questions that I had and explained the process clearly from A to Z. The office is legit and have been in the business for over 15 years. If you get a car, no matter the history of previous owners, and you want to get it up to date with the law requirements of our state, this is the place to get it done. They'll find a way.

From the dealer, to the auction and the oil change. Long story short, thank you Ulysses! He took care of this with no hesitation. We already received the title for the car. It's all about convenience! You don't want to deal with angry, frustrated DMV workers and customers not knowing to use online services while standing in line at the DMV! JUST GO HERE! Vine buscando ayuda con mi aseguranza de mi carro, una extensión y me atendio esta persona “Luis” que en mi opinión me pareció poco profesional, no me ayudó en encontrar la mejor opción para mi, sino que se enfoco en venderme en una aseguranza comercial (la cual no necesito) después de darme cuenta que no me podría ayudar llame directamente a la aseguranza y ellos me hicieron la extensión apropiada para mi.

Pero porque dije poco profesional? Porque el señor estaba más interesado en que su compañera “Vero” Le encargara un cafe, por lo cual me ignoró por un buen rato hasta que le trajeron su café, después el Señor le dijo a la compañera, “Hoy no contestes llamadas, que se aguanten los clientes para el lunes, es fin de semana y tenemos que relajarnos”. Desde este momento me di cuenta que no era el lugar correcto, me tuve que ir y buscar otra opción.
