The amount of unprofessionalism there was experienced by this one employee at this location is unbelievable. This one man who refused to give us their name is a huge reason we decided to change insurance providers. From the first day of asking why our insurance is being raised, this man was rude from the being and being so blunt of saying we "can change insurance, but it wouldn't matter." A couple of days later, when we finally found a better choice for our insurance, we came in to cancel our insurance policy. This man was not even giving us the proper form to cancel the insurance policy, so let alone not knowing how much the cancelation fee would be. He was saying it would be 50-100 dollars. The actual cancelation fee would cost $20. What would the employee do with the extra money if we proceeded with the cancelation process with this scammer. Thankfully, we went to another location that had a much better experience and was not a difficult process at all. It could've been an easy cancelation process, but this individual does not know how to properly do their job or show any form of professionalism.

I went directly to this location to get information on my coverage to provide to my lending bank. When I tried adding my bank as a lienholder, the guy helping me said he wasn't able to do it said he'd to do Friday morning and send me the updated information. It's now Tuesday and I have received anything. Tried calling their office about 4 times, some picked up. While explaining the situation, she hangs up. I'm now on my 8th attempt.

I was disappointed that they charged a $201 brokerage fee. The guy who helped kept asking the girl in front for help and could not explain the policy in detail. The girl was very good at her job and started to help me and another customer at the same time. This guy needs more training in my opinion, before he is on the floor by himself.

My mom got insurance at this place and she is paying a reasonable price for the vehicle she has. We had quoted elsewhere and the prices where really high. Kelly helped us and was very clear on what we needed. The office is clean. Overall I would recommend buying insurance here.

In this location you are able to do suspension removals on your car registration within 20 minutes which online can take days. The lady who helps you in this office is really helpful ask for Kelly and she’ll help you with any DMV transactions.

Abraham was so helpful and he was patient with me while I was still deciding between liability and full coverage. He explained the difference, state requirements for bank lienholders, and manage to find a real low price for switching from AAA insurance.

Got Adrianna’s insurance by being put on my son in laws policy, 500 deductible with 200 premium and 111 a month. Then asked about being put on my own policy and the amount then went to 667 premium and 387 a month 500$ deductible.

That was a lot in my mind. I called AAA auto insurance and ended up purchasing $500 deductible 367$ premium and 274$ a month with free renters insurance!!! I let them know I already paid Adriannas and they said they’d need to refund me because now I’m double covered.
Adriannas was made aware and said I would not be refunded but they would credit the insurance group policy I was on 83$. And they keep the 200$ premium... now I don’t know anything about any of this but it sort of don’t seem right. For example if I stopped speaking to my son in law which the credit will go back to, how do I get my money back?

Either way it is what is it and I ended up being blessed to get the best auto insurance there is AAA, and cheaper with renters insurance!!! I’m still winning. Just wanted to share my experience with Adriannas.

Bad service. Lady Ran my drivers license and started telling me i had tickets and that i had 1 point on my record. Then wanted to charge me 135$ a month on an old car that i have. Mind you, i have 15 years+ of excellent driving. Ive never known of a 1 point on my record. I left the office. I then got with Allstate and this is whst i call excellent service and quotes. Man ran my credit. He did not see pending tockets or points. He then offered me 35$ a month. Say No To Adrianas BS Insurance
