Two previous agents could not get me anything reasonable while buying this house and I had lost all hope thinking all agents have access to the same carriers. I was wrong. I have an auto and renters policy with Broadway Insurance Services and I am more than satisfied with the service I have received. I don't have much knowledge on insurance and William broke it down to help me better understand everything. Great customer service and they get you the best rates! I was first referred to these guys by a friend after moving out of the Bay Area a couple of years ago. I shopped around between Broadway Insurance and several other companies and found that they were by far the most helpful, responsive and efficient. They took the time to explain how the pricing works and let me personalize the kind of policy i wanted. I was also able to do everything over the phone/email on my own time instead of having to take time off of work. I started by getting my auto insurance coverage from them and then ended up using them for my motorcycle and renters insurances as well. I even worked with them to set up all of my boyfriend's policies when he moved to LA.

I actually had to file an auto claim on my policy six months ago and I called Broadway Insurance as my first step. They walked me through what I had to do and helped me understand how the process worked ahead of actually filing the claim with my insurance company. The process actually ended up being pretty painless!

Overall, I'm extremely impressed with Broadway Insurance! Service for changes and payments is very fast and I'm always welcomed. On every occasion my agent is two steps ahead of me. I've had plenty of good and bad agents in the past...our family has had brokers who would avoid us, (the worse) misinterpretation of coverage, and unexplained rate increases?! Not once have I had a single issue that wasn't completely accounted for throughout the entire duration I've been with this agency.
