Our home was one of many that was destroyed in Malibu.
Some initial confusion on title, but aside frum that.
Claim was settled promptly . Very satisfied with claim process
Not bad, just annoying that my rates jumped over $100 more than previously. Really debating on changing to Progressive, or another good company that has lower rates.
Claribel Nevarez was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to help me with my insurance. I would give her 6 star if I could. Not sure if she’s a manager but definitely deserves that position 😁
Elena was very insightful and made it easy for me to get what I needed taken care of in little time! Excellent service.
