They answered calls when I needed them and I did on several occasions. Their policy got me equipment and locations with no problems due to their reputation. And Nick advised me on what I needed and what I didn't need. Supporting my project while keeping my costs down. Thanks MFE for protecting my cast, crew, and production. We did it!

If you like to overpay for policies (in my case by about 200%) and have unreliable communication this might your place - otherwise look elsewhere.

Peter was great! I did have to cancel temporarily but due to pivoting my business in a different direction. If you have niche and need coverage reach out to them! Its hard to find insurance for specific niches but they got it working for me while I was doing more onsite work!

Been a customer for almost a year. Quick and easy to set up and was able to get a much cheaper price than my "good neighbor" insurance.

I own an event entertainment company & I have been struggling with trying to find insurance to cover my event. After going back & forth for a total of 13 days to get a quote & ready to move forward with the quote they denied me insurance due to the coverage time is past a certain time. This is absurd to me because I clearly told the broker from the beginning the time the event started & ended. All for them to go and say sorry we can't help you at this time & to leave me disappointed. With the event coming in less than 3 weeks & no insurance coverage they have left me having to stress more about my event as now I have to start the process with finding an insurer all over again. Very impressive.
