Long overdue, in October 2019 I received notice from my 10-year-old home insurance carrier that they were no longer going to renew my policy. Their reasons were insufficient, but we all know we can’t argue with them. Plus, I was not going to beg to stay with a company that doesn’t value my business or my money! Having never missed payments or filed claims, I decided to take action and look for solutions on my own. After much prayer, I found Sandra, via a Google search, who turned out to be a hidden blessing! I firmly believe that my previous insurance company, having been with them for a significant amount of time, was unable to increase my premiums without resorting to flimsy excuses. They also made it nearly impossible to resolve the issues, leading me to consider switching to another provider, and at this point it was the best thing they did because finding Sandra in the middle of losing hope was a blessing in disguise! She secured our insurance just one day before the expiration of my previous policy! I do not know her and no one referred me to her. Sandra is committed to providing assistance regardless of the circumstances! She is very professional, attentive, patient, and shows compassion, although she might not know you! I HIGHLY recommend her!

We’ve had this insurance since last summer. This past Christmas Day. 10pm, fog and no stop signs. I hit a triangular intersection ditch, I guess that’s what it would be called. My vehicle completely shut off I coasted home and parked my vehicle. The next day my boyfriend and I try to get it started we tried everything wouldn’t start. It’s just been parked. The day before Easter we seen our insurance agents Bertha and Israel. They greeted us. We asked a quick question because my bf and I were not agreeing on it being an accident, plus he thought I waited too long to report it. Both of them asked if everyone in our vehicle was ok and anyone else involved. I liked that they were genuinely concerned for all of our safety. All involve were safe. They told us never hesitate to ask any questions we may have. Mind you it’s the day before Easter they didn’t seem rushed or irritated that we were bothering them were very kind explained what to expect and to call on Monday when their office is open to file a claim. Well We forgot to call and Israel call me on Monday morning Ask me A few simple questions gave me a number to call with my claim number and a few other things not much I believe it was my name, address, ext… I called gave the claim number the guy from Farmers said he was already in contact with Israel. All he need to know is a pick up time, keys, and which place I want to have my vehicle towed to get repaired if possible. Farmers kept me in the loop, then I got a phone call saying our vehicle was a total loss. They gave me a quote on how much, paperwork I have to sign, go get my stuff out of the Vehicle if we accept, and then tell the collision place to go ahead and call Farmers to have them tow the vehicle(Farmers vehicle now). The ease of everything was unbelievable. I still can’t believe how little I had to do and how easy this has been. I’m so thankful for Bertha and Israel at Farmers Insurance. My experience has been a 5 STARS Oh also 2 car seats are also being replaced.
