Fraud they charge you for no reason they don’t even file them correctly. You can literally take any social and they’ll file you as long as they get their pay. They don’t care what happens after I still haven’t gotten my taxes from 2021 and I’ve been going back forth with them and IRS. Save your time, I wish someone told me before I had to waste my time.

Don’t bother coming here they just take your money don’t recommend for taxes . My parents went in to get there taxes done and Ana didn’t even know what she was doing she kept having to ask her husband for questions. My parents had an appointment and still waited an hour after . She didn’t even try to help them with there refund and still charged my parents $120 when she didn’t even file there taxes . They went elsewhere and found someone who knew what they were doing and ended up getting money back instead of owing 2k like Ana said they were going to have to pay .

Sorry but Ana does not know how to do taxes to its full extend. Maybe she can do simple taxes but my dads business taxes got messed up. Also gave bad advice that costed over $1,000

First time doing my taxes elsewhere. I heard good things about this spot and though I'd give it a go. I was helped by Evi and she handled everything! There was absolutely zero stress and I recieved a good chunk and at a low cost. I reccomend this place to everyone. Thank you guys for your services and for being extremely friendly and helpful.

Una de las cosas que creo que hace que los clientes se sientan felices con un servicio es , que sean tratados con dignida y respeto, creo que eso ya es de todos sabido.
Pues este lugar es el ejemplo perfecto de ello. Llegue a este lugar con un problema grande con respecto a tramites del DMV, problemas que trate de solucionar por mi mismo antes de llegar aca.
En este lugar me ayudaron a que ese problema de cientos de dolares se transformara solo en un mal momento y mal recuerdo que solo termino costando menos de $100 , Alma , es una increible persona y me ayudo tanto.
En menos de 20 min mi problemas estaba solventado y resuelto.

No hagan los taxes con estas oficinas de la POPULAR tienen 2 locaciones ellos hacen fraudes!!!! Yo hice mis taxes por 4 años con ellos y apenas descubrí que hacían reembolso a sus cuentas y me daban menos crédito, prácticamente roban dinero , ese fraude se puede reportar directamente con el IRS y ellos los investigan para q paguen con cárcel o les quitan la licencia para hacer taxes...yo tengo pruebas en mano..yo los fui a buscar para q me explicaran el porque del fraude y nunca me dieron repuestas se quedaron sin habla callados ! Hasta las q trabajan ahí saben bien del fraude que hacen son cómplices pero un día de éstos van a caer por ratas!!!! Todo se paga y Dios se encargará

Muy mala experiencia no recomiendo a nadie hacer su declaración de impuestos con ellos.

Para empezar el señor Carlos me dijo que como habia puesto un mal review que ya no me iva a ayudar,que yo llamara a el IRS para ver lo de mi rembolso y me colgo el telefono. Yo creo que eso no es buen servicio al cliente ,
