Please don't do business with these thieves!!!! I walked in, to add my daughter to my policy and the older bleached blonde lady that help me told me that in order to add her, I would would need to pay for the whole month in advance. I told her that I had never been asked for advance payment just to make a change in my policy. The lady asked me to send her a $265 payment via Zelle which I did. I called my insurance and I was told that the amount charged wasn't added to my account. I call this lady back and instead of resolving my issue she was rude and asked me if I thought that she didn't have to pay rent and that it costs to have a brokers license. Besides being a fraudulent thieve, this lady is arrogant and a flat out liar!!!! She put in her internal notes that it was a service charge. $265 just to add a name to my policy? Really???

I love this company and the two wonderful women that work there. They are always nice and professional. I was driving by looking for a insurance co. I Walked in with no knowledge of the company and walked out a satisfied customer. I will most definitely continue doing business with Quiroz Insurance.

Today was pretty good ,the insurance agents were very helpful and patient with me and service was quickly too, got my tags for both of my cars instantly

I thought that by coming to this place so close to my house they would just answer a simple question about my insurance. There was an older lady working here with blonde hair I walked in with my daughter and asked her if I can please get help because it wasn’t giving me an option online or over the phone I was on hold over an hour. The lady asked me if I did the service there and I told her no and she said no. Really u professional the place was empty the lady looked like she didn’t want to be bothered. I don’t recommend coming here so u professional she was just smiling at the phone, if you don’t like your job do something else.
