Had one of the BEST insurance experiences I’ve ever had. I’m going through a rough patch, and needed to get car insurance on a budget ASAP. April Diaz not only met me with kindness & compassion, but did EVERYTHING she could to help me accomplish the insurance in a way that was fair for the company & helpful for me. I was blown away by her kindness & effort to help me get insured during a time that I badly needed it. She truly wanted to help me, and sincerely went above and beyond. After countless hours of searching for what felt like hundreds of insurance quotes ranging from really high to ridiculously high in cost I was ready to give up even after paying thousands of dollars on a car I have just bought but cannot drive off in I was feeling defeated, and then and Angel rang my phone and told me the greatest news that someone could tell another person and that news was we got you covered sir, for the low right now no strings attached, so I want to give a tremendous thanks to the one and only Marisa Ortiz from Pronto insurance!! Very poor service by Evangelina Zamora and Naomi Reyes. My policy was obtained by mistake. I tried cancelling the same exact day. Was told by both Evangelina and Naomi they forwarded my cancellation to Anchor Ins. I followed up multiple times being told by them that the cancellation and refund were in process (I have all the email threads if Pronto management cares to look further into this, I can share those emails based on our phone calls).

I looked up Anchor and contacted them directly to discover my cancellation request was never submitted to them despite being told by Pronto reps it was in process. Also discovered that of my total $400 paid, Anchor's portion was $206.55, and the other portion $193.45 was consumed by Pronto.

Now I'm back on the phone with Pronto for 45 min trying to understand why they have yet to communicate with Anchor, and... whey they never told me about the broker/Ins carrier fee split, so I know who to ask for my money back from..

A consumer should never have to deal with this sort of thing, going in never ending circles to process a basic request.

How this all happened: I filled out a form online for insurance and had dozens of Ins brokers following up me as a lead, I answered the call thinking it was the same company I just spoke to and obtained by policy by, only to be opening a second policy by mistake. The same day I discovered and requested the cancellation. Simple request... not so simple..

Marissa is super great! Those are the kind of people that keep the company going! She started off asking the needful questions and proceeded to offer multiple ways of payments and while I was waiting for her to input the information we had a side conversation as well. It means a lot for people who have a little anxiety talking over the phone or in general with new people. She’s very awesome!

Marisa Ortiz at this location helped me with so much over the phone. She got me proof of insurance for my old policy and let me know about a cancelation I never got news about due to missing information. She even helped me get a new and much cheaper policy with 2 drivers and 1 20yo car. She had most of my information already so I was set after that long phone call. She stayed and helped me with everything for 30+ minutes when other places couldn't hold a phone call. Thank you, Marisa!

I've been a customer for years and I go in for a quote and am told it's $100 broker fee. I know how broker fees work . They are not a set price. I feel after being such a long customer with Pronto I would get a better deal I guess not. I'm going elsewhere.
