It is quite simple; If have a concern or question I state or ask it. I have subsequently always gotten a response very quickly and thoroughly, that ended the issue. my needs have always been met.

The agents here are always ready to help with any questions I may have. In fact they are the reason I haven't shopped for insurance anywhere else in years. They are very accessible and did a great job of following up when my wife had an accident.

Greg is the best rep ever! I received a call from an Allstate claims representative telling me I had been in an accident in Torrance on March 11th, and not having visited Torrance for quite some time was understandably alarmed. I immediately called my representatives at the Elaine Price office to go over my options, but Greg could not find any claims against me in the system. Panicked that I may have fallen victim to a new scam, we conference called the claims agent. Once her identity had been verified, and after a little rudeness from her end, she ended up apologizing to me, as the whole thing had been a mix up and a DIFFERENT Cassandra with an entirely different vehicle was the one involved. I was so happy that I had someone to go to that had my back, otherwise this whole ordeal would have been much more unpleasant. I have confidence that my Allstate representatives will have my back in the future, as they put my mind at ease today. Thanks Greg, you're awesome!
