This company agency is all about scamming you and taking you for a ride. Its just amazing how they have managed to stay in business after giving their customers the worst treatment ever. When they want your business they will answer your phone. They have 1 sales rep who is also the owner - Tammy. Once she thinks she has caught you in her net... she will transfer your file to Rachael or Justin - her family members who are also her employees. Then the rude/ arrogant behavior starts. They will actually have a problem if you want to save any $ on your insurance. If they are getting a hefty premium from an insurance carrier - they will tell you arrogantly - this is the best solution and rest of the carriers are sub par. God forbid that you ask them - why it the premium is high - their reply will be - "my way or the highway!" What do you know about Insurance? I don't need you. You need me!

This company's employees will without any feeling of guilt will sign incorrect letters to the insurance carriers telling them that you have chosen them as their preferred broker. Amazing people who run their business fraudulently and dishonestly and of course no one has time to report them to the Insurance carriers.
The he next time you get an audit for the insurance you got through them, then you will know what false statements they have made on your behalf with the insurance carrier. Be prepared if the insurance carrier sticks you with a few more 100s or 1000s of $ to pay as a fine or penalty!
We were first introduced to an agent for this company when we were purchasing our first home. Jennifer was extremely helpful and got us a great rate. We have since switched our car insurance policy to save us even more money through a bundle package. We have changed our business insurance using their office and not only saved money, but now have better coverage.
Our agent Jennifer is very responsive and answers all of our questions. She is always willing to go the extra mile and helps us with a variety of insurance needs. I have also met the owner, Dan, and he is an all around great guy. I would highly recommend them to anyone to take care of all your insurance needs.
Tammy is my go to agent and I refer her to everyone. Every year when our business policies renew, we put them out to bid, and every year, Tammy has come in with the lowest rates and the broadest forms of coverage. She even trained our staff how to prepare for audits and has helped us through several unique situations. She has years of experience and I highly recommend her.
I have been incredibly disappointed with this company for our business insurance. The one time we needed them, we discovered we no longer had the same insurance agent and we received an email from a random yahoo email address letting us now of our new "agent". It has nearly been a week and we are still waiting for important business insurance coverage.

Avoid them at all costs. You can't ever get ahold of your agent or any agent for that matter. Been trying via email and phone calls daily to my broker but nothing at all! And it's impossible to get anyone else on the line. whatever money you save is not worth the hassle! As soon as I get ahold of somebody I'll be cancelling my home and auto!
