I have had her as my agent for 8 years and have everything I own, that can or should be insured, insured with her, including my life. I have had plenty of solicitations to transfer insurance to different companies for better rates on premium but this is how I see it. You pay for what you get. When you get into that accident or when your house has flooded, you will feel the difference of having gone with a cheaper insurance company who doesn't pull through with the customer service you need in your time of need or provide the coverage they sold you on, versus paying maybe a little more for the security to know you have a great agent assisting you with your claims.
