They have been handling my insurance needs for several years now, starting with my car insurance needs and now adding my home insurance needs and other family members vehicle insurance needs. Before I even start to write this review I want to say, if I could give Maria Alvarez 100+ Stars I would. I was ready to close escrow when the insurance company I was suppose to go with decided to increase their prices then turn around and say they couldn't cover me due to the Brush Fire Zone. I reached out to the Facebook Community in the Murrieta/Wildomar area and although I received several recommendations I called 3 and Maria was the only one who pulled through. She not only pulled through ON A WEEKEND, she told me she would call me at a specific time, and she did, she then sent me a message when she sent the quote, she then followed up with me, and when I called her to review the quotes she went into great detail to explain them to me. That following Monday, we gave the quote to our escrow team and we now have insurance for our new home. Communication has always been key to a good relationship and Maria communicated with me throughout the entire process. We are forever grateful for making this process easy and wonderful. You truly are the best and your "Above and Beyond" effort showed from the very minute I contacted you.

I have had the worst experience with this office, other than Ashley, who is amazing and provides excellent customer service. I enrolled in auto bill pay, so I wasn't catching the rate increase. I have not had any tickets or accidents. I barely drove my vehicle because I had a company vehicle that was fully insured with the companies insurance. So I couldn't understand why my rates were increasing. I scheduled a call to speak with Scott, hoping we could resolve my concerns. That was not the case. He was abrasive; Scott wasn't listening to my concerns. I felt so undermined when I just wanted a better understanding of my policy. I've been with Statefarm for over five years, so when Scott told me I didn't deserve my loyalty discount and I should work with another agent, I was flabbergasted. When I asked Scott why I haven't spoken to him until this point if he's my agent, his response was, “when you have an issue do you speak with the owner of Edison?” I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was so disgusted I couldn't understand what Edison had to do with Jai & Scott's conversation with having a better understanding of my policy. The unprofessionalism I experienced from Scott was so unbecoming, and I hope no one else experiences that. Scott, if you're reading this, I hope you get it together, so you don't lose another loyal customer.
