I have been trying to get a certificate of insurance from them for the past 3 months. No success yet. I'm the client... in the process of changing agents.

Left after over 30 years. After Peggy C left, things started to decline.I had one inattentive and unskilled AE after the other. Wes C took over and did a good job, but when Inszone took over, Wes went to commercial lines and I was assigned another inattentive AE. Lost coverage due to a last minute fire drill when I was out of town. Got placed in CFP with Aegis for non-fire. Called a local agency and they were able to place the insurance with better coverage for $2000 less. Very disappointed with Inszone. I suggest you avoid completely.

As part of my home refinancing process, I needed to have a renewed policy activated for next year urgently. My current insurance agent tried and couldn't find an option for me. Ended up calling this company after receding one of their mailer with a very appealing home insurance pre-quote. When I called I was transferred to one Kelly who is one of their agent, she was extraordinary! She walked me through all tte home insurances details and have me valuable as recommendations as far as how to improve my current home insurance.
I eventually asked her to quote me our 2 cars auto insurance, and she demonstrated the same level of professionalism.
At the end we have now a much better house and auto insurance package (higher limits and coverages), but for $1,200 less per year.
