Not only did Dirk create a great policy that covered us for living in a hotel for months but also for our home repairs. He could have created a min basic policy but that's not him. He's always looking out for his clients like family. Throughout all of our claims they have been quick to respond and resolved all issues. We recently moved to Idaho. He got great customer service unless you want to cancel I called and told them I wanted to cancel my coverage was month to month well they didn't stop the charge from going thru the next month and after calling several times it was difficult to get them to send the info my new insurance providers were going to need. So really there service not all that great
