Recently our longtime agent retired. He and his staff provided excellent service during our 20 years with them. So I was a little worried about being with the Maloy Agency. I am delighted to say their staff is excellent! Eileen and Janet I. are experts, pleasant and detailed and look to take care of our needs!!! I emailed them to add a new vehicle to add to our policy, had to follow up multiple times to get a response and realized we had been driving around without an active policy for weeks.

A second time, I received a letter from Farmers for additional mileage paperwork to be filled out. I sent back via email and no response for multiple emails. Eventually they confirmed they submitted the paperwork but it was too late and policy was cancelled. Had to switch agents and resubmit papework all over again.

As opposed to common thinking that getting a car insurance is an easy task, it wasn't at least for us.

Michael and his team took their time to walk us through the process and all necessary information to complete it.

I am so grateful we decided visit them.
