Was in a hurry to get insurance for my BMW. I called up this Allstate and spoke to Patricia Who was really helpful in every way. She made sure to explain things to me in regards to my policy. I had my temporary card in Less than an hour. She was very nice And did not seem bothered when I emailed her another time to ask her a question I forgot to ask. Will recommend this place in the future to anybody who needs insurance.

I don’t even know where to begin, they were very welcoming and explained everything with detail ! I had gotten into my first car accident I did not know what to do, I called all state they helped right away what to do , helped me in the process !!! They did not forget about me they care about their customers!!

Great service all around, they my exceeded expectations.

I barely drive nowadays and when I called for them to recalculate my premium, they refused to do it. They play the a game of it's not us it's the corporate office. As consumer, we should not have to deal with the two entities.
