We switched from Mercury to State Farm over a year ago. Ana our agent has been amazing. My wife’s moon roof was damaged somehow while driving we made the call late at night they were extremely helpful we had the car in the next day and it was fixed within a few days very pleasant experience under the circumstances. Ana takes the time to go over what coverage you used to have and what coverage with State Farm you will get. Don’t fall for those cheap insurance places your coverage will not be there when you need it. State Farm will not let that happen they give you the true coverage that you need. Again big thanks to Ana and Emma Hightower for taking great care of us.
