I have been with this company for years and always paid on time. My insurance went from 263 to 400, so i called in to ask why. The lady said she couldn't tell me, but someone would call. I received a call saying i needed to make the last payment on my current policy, and again, i asked and was told someone would call. No one ever called, and when I called back in, i was told my policy was canceled. Nice way to do business to loyal customers. I can't believe how much they don't care about the customer.

The agent belittled me, wouldn't give me a supervisor, when I asked for one and he refused. He had zero knowledge of the email that All state sent and refused to get me to someone who could

This office is overwhelmed. Very poor customer service. Takes days for a return call. I do not recommend them. Too many other agents to stay with them.

I haven't had any claims, but everything is working in great order
The Allstate website works great also

Allstate has always taken care of me, I’ve been with them for almost 10 years.

I haven't had any claims, but everything is working in great order
