I accompanied my 19 year old daughter to get a quote. Alisha Moore was very off putting and strange from the start. She quoted my daughter $630+ a month and that’s the only one available. Yes, she is considered a young driver and has a clean record. When I stated her current insurance with AAA is only $300, Alisha handed my daughter back her paperwork and told her to stick with them. Very odd interaction.

They did not send my insurance information to the DMV and now I am suspended and no one can help me. Will cancel my policy and never do business with these Jokers again

I have never spent to time to write a review for any company because the service has never been better then average, until now.
Last night while getting pizza, I noticed the "Open sign" was still illuminated in the Cost U Less office after 5:00pm.
I was hesitant to even inquire on their rates because I have had insurance with them before and wasn't unsatisfied, but wasn't impressed. I did end up walking thru their doors at about 5:45pm and walked out with the best policy I have ever gotten from any insurance agency including State Farm or AAA, less then 20 minutes later. I will never go anywhere eles.I now have a new impression of Cost U Less Insurance.
This young girl not only knew her job, but stayed after hours to get me the coverage I most desired at rock bottom prices that I can afford

My experience with Cost U less was a little rough at first. I set up through the 1800 number online and wasn't full informed about what was really going on. Leaving me without insurance for a month. That's when I went into my local office here in Oroville CA and found Tyler. He has been very helpful in trying to get my account straightened out. I always go back to him. I pay the extra money for him to pay my bill :)) Tyler is very helpful and I would tell my friends to go to him for any insurance needs they may have!!!
