Good service and very friendly 👍

I went in to add a new vehicle. The representative was inexperienced and had to call someone over the phone from another office to help. I paid via apple pay to add my new vehicle just for 5 days in June and was quoted my new. They did not provide copies of any documents signed. When I opened the app I was surprised to see that I was to pay another large amount for the month of July and to see that only a small portion of the money I paid was applied and claimed to be paid in cash per the online receipt. I went back to the broker and asked for a breakdown and the staff kept passing the ball around and refused to give me copies of the documents I signed, they claimed they would be mailed and the represenative once again had to call someone from another office to help her explain. I asked who the person was and went to see the person at the other office so they could explain to me as the insurance carier had explained that to add the car was only $49.86, so my question was how was the rest of the money applied? No one had answers and all I was given was a post it with a break down? I have been a client for many years and this is how you treat us ?! Come July I had to pay a large and now my August statement says my monthly insurance rate is almost 800 when I was told that I was only going to pay 500 for all vehicles. Nothing makes sense and I was left with mistrust of this place as no one had answers for me. I still don't understand why they would not give me copies of my receipt. Please ask for receipts prior to leaving the place.

Been coming here for a few years now and always been great with service and helping to find the best insurance policy for you they do take care of their Customers even when there something wrong they fix it right there and then I recommend here other places are way pricey and don't help to find the right insurance plan for you like they do over here.

Coming to Solar X Auto Insurance was a great experience. It was fast and easy and to top it off we had great customer service from Patty. I highly recommend coming here for cheap auto insurance that is reliable. Best insurance in ventura county!

Igual de ratas mentirosos y abusivos como todas las aseguranzas Ayer fui a cotizar un carro 88 Corolla que yo manejo para una aseguranza porque él anunciando $99 por 6 meses llegó y preguntó enseñó papeles todo lo que se necesita y luego me dice el amor estaba ahí tiene que asegurar mínimo de cuatro a cinco cargos para que le den ese precio y pagar por cada 6 meses le dije yo si yo tuviera 45 carros le aseguro que no venía este aseguranza eso era una señal de que tengo dinero así que yo quiero nomás para mi carro no pues que son como $60 por mes okay Y así es donde quiera te enganchan y luego te echan mentiras y te quieren afirme le dije no pues muchas gracias prefiero andar fuera de la ley que porque no tengo pues para pagar el aseguranza nada más tengo un carro más viejo que matusalén camina todo funciona pero yo soy el que anda mal el carro no no traigo aseguranza porque carísimo Así que ahí se los dejo
