They stole my money , other insurance companies payed you back what is left if you cancel the policy, but these people never return any penny to me for 8 days left.

Mauro Ext 0045 was so very helpful! My wife and I just moved into California from Iowa and finding auto insurance for both our cars was looking difficult until we met Mauro. So helpful and nice and made sure we were squared away once we chose our policy!

E estado por muchos años con esta compañía pero me cobraron $305 dólares solo por agregar un carro cuando ellos me avían dicho que era por renovar la póliza y cuando llamé ala Aceguransa por qué se cánselo mi póliza me dijeron que Adriana’s no avía pagado nada y cuando les reclame solo me dijeron que si no me gustaba solo no fuera de nuevo a esa tienda aparte que estaban prepotentes aún no resido nada de dinero pues me dijeron que eso es lo que es solo por agregar un carro cuando en realidad es gratis o en casos solo son $5 dólares 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! If I could leave ZERO STARS I would!! We inquired for full coverage insurance, authorized the payment which ended up being liability only. So they rep cancelled that policy to start the correct one. She requested pictures and a signed document to complete the policy. Neither were provided, but she processed an additional charge for the difference of the policies. We have been on the phone trying to get this figured out for 4 days, speaking to several different people and they REFUSE to cancel the policy that was created without a signature or authorization. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CANCEL A POLICY. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Oxnard is not good customer service.

I decided to do my registration through them, my tags have been delayed for about a week due to the holidays which is understandable. The problem is when you try to contact the oxnard office they will leave you on hold, no answer and then voicemail. I’ve been trying to contact them since last week and it’s been the same issue….NO RESPONSE!!! Who’s in charge of this store and why is your staff so unprofessional! Get it together! This is a business not a circus. I need a response along with getting my registration that I paid for ASAP!!!

Horrible Horrible experience DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MOENY WITH THEM im still waiting on a refund it’s been over 2 months and no one will give me answers to anything they give me the go around !!!! If your opening an account be sure cause if you cancel they will take all your money. Horrible experience in 18 hours they didn’t wanna refund 400$ plus and gave every excuse not to. Be careful

Whatever you do, DO NOT LET them signed you up with Kemper infinity insurance. Very bad insurance. Worst of all. And if it's possible do not get insurance through a broker at all. It took me way to long to realize that they provide higher prices than if you go directly to car insurance companies. It's a not for me. The price of my insurance was ridiculous high and it was a multipolicy.
