Reached out to the Wieser office as a Farmers member looking to transfer to an agent closer to my home. The Weiser office took weeks to return my calls and rarely answered the office phone when I called. Ultimately, Mr. Weiser turned me away stating that he isn’t going to be the “right fit” for my auto policy when I was told I should be able to transfer to another agent with no issues. Unbelievable

I didn’t personally choose to use them as my insurance, but dale watson sold his business to them and it has been AWFUL ever since. They will quote you at one price and then bill you something completely different. I never write negative reviews but after 3 separate issues with them doing this to my account, I’ve had enough. I am happily taking my business elsewhere, even if it means paying someone else more.

Very knowledgeable team-- they go above and beyond to make sure you are adequately covered and explain everything in detail to make sure you understand insurance. Great Service!

Everyone I dealt with was professional and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend using this agency. It was a pleasure to work with them.
