This team in Palm Desert is FANTASTIC! On every occasion I’ve contacted the office, staff are polite, knowledgeable, and truly authentic.

I recently inquired into rate hikes that are affecting all Californians. Annacely Rojo took the time to explain the reason for rate increases, summarized my current polices, and offered options. Nobody enjoys higher premiums, although the effort Annacely put forth to articulate the rational went above and beyond. Subsequent calls to Annacely regarding adding new vehicles and making policy changes were seamless.

She was most helpful and after a great deal of work on her part, she got all my policies transferred to the King agency. It took her several weeks but she kept me completely informed and got it done.
