Jennie was very helpful and knowledgeable she helped me get a insurance policy fast I had Mercury home owners insurance Prior to Farmers and they was not going to renew my policy with them so I had to find a homeowners insurance policy quick. Jennie helped me she found a homeowners and car insurance policy with Farmers that was far better than I had with Mercury Farmers offered better coverage with both my house and my car. She is a very nice person I felt comfortable with doing business with her right away. I am very happy with what she did for me. I highly recommend her and her staff is very friendly

I been farmer’s costumer since the 90’S but I only have about 4 months with my new agent Yanira and she’s been great providing an excellent service and I am more than satisfied, thank you very much.

Don't go with farmers. I was with them for years. i was happy until Yanira scams me out of my insurance. She stoled close to
2 thousand dollars to pay for somebody else's insurance. Without my knowledge, she told me it was for my renewal, which was a lie. Never sent me information through the mail management, did nothing about it.

Greetings, I just wanted to share my experience with this branch of Farmers Insurance. So, when looking for insurance sometimes a lot of representatives share one standard price, have a complicated payment plan, and are not helpful in explaining. However, this was not my experience here at Farmers. I was met with two delightful individuals who take the time to understand personal needs and properly assess which vehicle insurance plan would be most beneficial; they explain every detail in the plan and go in depth about scenarios. It was really affordable compared to other larger companies as well! In times where inflation is high, I really appreciate and highly recommend coming to Farmers and more specifically this branch. They have my business and appreciation. :) 10/10

Last year, while trying to buy my first home, Yanira made that possible. She put together my insurance policy and added the park I moved into when others wouldn't. She is personable, kind, and helpful.
Even now, she was patient and kind while resending the declaration page for the park, even though they misread the date on their end.

Very disappointed that after 6 months, we have had multiple occasions of issues with our insurance coverage. As a family we tried going all the way combining home and auto, with the best coverage amounts, and the most disappointing part is that Yanira could not solve increasing rates even though she promised lower rates initially. We have tried to talk to her about this on multiple occasions, and sadly, she has been rude and impatient about it. This was not the first impression we got from her when selling us her insurance. Yanira seemed friendly and willing to help at first, but with in time with challenges she has revealed her unfriendly and unprofessional customer service attitude. Yanira has even said that we should not contact her on these issues and to talk to her staff instead. So sad, because Yanira has prided herself of being the owner of her company, but has shown to be irresponsible. With an unwillingness to find us a solution, rude attitude and constant need to remind Yanira on getting back to us for answers, we are tired and moving forward to finding a better insurance provider.
