Miguel Hernandez has been a great help since I decided to get State Farm. He has been very trustworthy and helpful the entire time. Not only has he always been available to help me when I have questions but also guided me with getting life insurance. Highly recommended this place. I have never been disappointed

Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and correspondence in this Agency. I called in April to inform them that I have decided not to renew my policy that was set for automatic renewal on May 18th so that they did not deduct the renewal amount from my account, mind you I had already paid for that current/last month. They canceled my policy affective the day that I called in which was over 3 weeks before that policy actually ended. Meanwhile I am thinking my business was covered till Mid May. I did not find out my policy was canceled (4/17) until May 6th when I received a letter. When I called in they insisted that I canceled the entire policy and refused to see their error. They insist that I requested an immediate cancelation, instead of a renewal cancelation, mind you we went over the date of cancelation to verify the correct date. I also called in and spoke to Adam in early may to verify the renewal had been canceled since I had received another bill for payment, he verified that the renewal was canceled and never mentioned that the entire policy was not even active. He is now trying to say that I never used the words "renewal" which makes no sense because I read to him the notice of renewal "title" and yet he is still saying that I used the wrong term to him and to the first girl who originally canceled me. He even got caught up in his words and said "you wanted to make sure your next months renewal payment did not come out of your bank" That was his opportunity to tell me, why would that happen if the policy is no longer affective, but he never did. So to sum it up I called in April to stop the renewal and verified the date of cancelation being on 5/18/2024 and instead the girl canceled my policy as of 4/17 leaving me with NO insurance for the last 3 weeks. They refused to admit their wrong doing and worst, or at the very least say it was a communication error but instead they insist it is all my fault for not being more specific for them since they put it, we have cancelations all the time so we just assumed. Why would an owner make such a ridiculous request to cancel a policy that was already paid for leaving them with ZERO insurance coverage! The lack of accountability, even if it were human error on their part is shameful and to double down and blame the customer is absurd.
This is just my experience and I cannot recommend them unless you have the time to double and triple check their work and communication otherwise their error is all the consumers fault
I had a great experience with Carlos Solice from State Farm. He was very patient with me throughout my search for commercial liability insurance. After our initial conversation, I took a break from work and went on maternity leave. Throughout my leave, Carlos still kept in contact with me insuring that all of my questions were answered. Once I returned to work, I made sure to contact him to finish up the application process. Thank you Carlos so much for your professionalism and customer service!!!

This is my favorite office, the people are great the customer service and attention to detail is at another level. From the time I walk in to the time I leave Miguel and Marcos always make me feel welcome.
I was suppose to have tow coverage..but not so...left me stranded...had to rent a uhaul vehicle tow trailer to tow my car less than 3mls from where it stopped to a repair shop..then I was told state farm only pay 0.69 cents on towing...and I can never talk to my agent...getting quotes from other insurance companies now...since I can't talk to the person I gave my money too...
