I filled out a quote online and she called me within the hour to confirm some info.
An hour later she had the paperwork printed out and ready for me to pick up.
She got me a great deal on car insurance, and she also got me a life insurance policy for the same price.
Keep in mind they have a 3 day wait period to get car insurance.

Terrible service. I went into the office to get help with an issue with one of their roadside representatives who sold me a defective battery. They weren't helpful or empathetic- I felt dismissed and unsupported by them. I will be cancelling my service with this branch.

The most glaring lack of ethics imaginable here. They actually tried to argue that I canceled an auto insurance policy retroactively after an accident. I dont know anything about insurance lingos but she took her time and explained everything to me so I did not feel lost. Kandie took the time out and made sure I understood what is covered ,what is not and what should be covered that a lot of people may assume is, but is not.

Over the years I have spoken to a few different representatives and I remember them all because of how friendly and helpful they have been. I tend to speak with Lupe the most and she is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and definitely goes above and beyond in making sure you are getting any and all discounts you are eligible for. This office is THE BEST!

The agent I recently had interaction was Lupe. She was friendly and definitely took the time to provide detailed information about the policy we were looking to switch to. She evaluated, compared, and explained things meticulously every step of the way (this coming from someone who needs more hand holding to understand things with car insurance). She kindly repeated and went over things I asked (more than twice) and even promptly replied to emails with follow up questions. The customer service was impeccable, the pursuit for the best deal was done, and everything is clearly stated and transparent with no surprises on anything.
