I use to have my account with them and if I could give them a zero I would. Jennifer was supposedly going to do a simple change of updated my payment method for automatic withdraw. She needed to call to help her update my payment info. she did not advised me that just changing my payment method would increase my bill 20 a month. When I questioned the amount change she then let me know it was because I am change my payment method. Then I said ok, never-ending don't change anything leave it how it is. she then asked for a voided check, which I do not own checks. And didn't need to provide one when I first opened the account. And why would you need a voided check for account you guys have been withdrawing out for almost a full year now. Ended up canceling due to service. She had call to help her process that as well. What was suppose to take less than 10min took over 1 hour and 30min.
