I don’t recommend Lawrence Mui as an insurance agent. He takes our money but is unavailable, hard to contact, and his staff makes many mistakes on legal documents.

Every time I have to contact Lawrence, I never get him. I only talk to his assistant, Sarah who (in my experience) doesn’t get changes to my plan right on the first, second, or third try. I have no contact info for Lawrence specifically, and there’s none to be found on his website. So when our car was stolen and we tried to contact our “good neighbor” to take care of the paperwork, he was absent and not helpful in the process at all. He just pushed us off to the main claims people.

I do not recommend him or his office for insurance.

Lawrence is my go to person for all of my insurance needs. He and his staff are easy to work with and my family will continue to use his services as our needs change. Every step in the insurance process has been smooth (even claims) and I feel like I’m getting great value for what I am paying. Thanks.

This past weekend, I ended up with TWO rock chips in the windshield on the way to Tahoe 😫. Lawrence directed me to Mobile Auto Glass for the fix ($100 total, would have been $250 at Safelite). We then went over my options for a lower deductible (since I plan on making many more trips to Tahoe) and he changed it for future claims.

I’ve always appreciated Lawrence and Nikki’s quick responses via email and phone. I’ve been an auto and home client of his since 2008 and I highly recommend him!
