I've never liked insurance and have always thought it was just a big scam! And whenever I had a conversation with insurance agents, they would immediately tell me I was wrong and not even give me a chance to explain, just tell me I needed it. A young lady, named Leslie R that works here took the time to listen to my concerns and instead of immediately telling me I'm wrong for my opinions, genuinely listened to me, answered my questions and was very patient and then after took the time to educate me about the things I did not know, the benefits and explained the facts. Not to make a sale but to actually help me. She was very genuine and very professional.
