IF i would able to put 0 or minus o I would do that, they set me up on a insurance without my permission, without I know them or even talk to them, they mess with my actual plan and the claim that I have for one of my children. Idk. Now I'm wondering if I gave my info to a real rep. For Medicare.

She was soooo helpful,,,& kind...didn't really want to deal with doctors ..appts. my new PRIMARY Doctor...is so much closer, a woman, etc..took a day to get back to me but well worth it..She arranged everything.. transportation. extra benefits..$170 had been taken out of SSD/SSI, each month since I started...in May, no more deduction..& the best in was finally getting my grandson, paid, taking care of his grandma!! 30hrs per week,, will give him money to actually have a life now...both of us...I'm eternally greatful!

Mike Yun is the Man! Recently moved here from another state and was informed that my husband & I would be terminated from UHC Advantage Dual Complete plan because of the move. We enrolled in another (Aetna) health plan when we arrived here but, somehow our paths crossed with Mike & he informed us that we could’ve transferred our plan to this state which is what we wanted to do when we first informed them of the pending move 2 months ago. He is currently working on getting us reinstated & really appreciate his knowledge & professionalism!
