Anthony Cline seems like a great agent at first when he is selling you a policy. He wrote a home owners policy for me with Sagesure insurance. I thought all was well until about 3 months into the annual policy my mortgage company informed me that my insurance had been canceled. No notice from the insurance company and no notice from my agent Anthony Cline. I tried to contact Anthony for two weeks only to receive automated texts like "in a meeting will call you in 30". I contacted Sagesure and they said that the policy was canceled because of the lack of an SL-2 form which must come from my agent. At that point, I was done trying to call Anthony. All my dealings up to that point had been by phone or e-mail. So I drove 300 miles to his office so I could meet him face to face. The office address he has posted does not exist. He is a fraud!! At great expense and with only a partial refund from Sagesure I had to have a new agent get me a different policy. Do not use Anthony Cline! My next communication will be with Ca insurance commission and the better business bureau.

Anthony was our broker for around a year, all was well until we were brutally ghosted. We tried to get in contact with Anthony to update our policy but he never got back to us. At first we were understanding as life happens, but It has been over three months of trying to get in contact. Finally my assistant gave him a call and he answered the phone. He then said he'd give her a call back and failed to do so. This has inconvenienced our business because insurance certificates need to be updated and our broker is the only one who has access to make these updates within the insurance. We have had to put projects on hold because of this issue. A lot of time wasted. Not worth the headache.

I can't say enough good things about Anthony! If he isn't available to answer the phone when I call, he gets back to me right away. He answered all of my questions and let me know which insurance coverages we needed to increase or decrease. He saved us over $400 on on our homeowner's policy! Thanks, Anthony!
