This is a great office with even better employees! I’ve had trouble in the past with previous insurance companies giving me the run around, being so rude whenever I called with questions, and just simply just over charging me. Once my policy was up with my last agency, I decided to make the switch and reach out to a few other agencies near by. I called this State Farm and was immediately greeted by the nicest woman named Trisha. She explained everything to me, answered all of my questions with ease, and was incredibly friendly. After getting a few quotes elsewhere, I felt like no one’s customer service really compared so I decided to give her a call back and go with State Farm. I’ve been able to use this insurance for tow’s with no problem at all, which has been a life saver.

My dad decided that he also needed to make the switch from his previous company so he began to call other places. Almost everyone he called either placed him on hold for long periods of time or were simply snarky upon answering. I mentioned he should give State Farm with Deborah Sanders a try and he was able to get through to them almost immediately. A lovely woman by the name of Tina answered and was able to help him with whatever question he had for her. She explained the process thoroughly, was able to help with giving him a quote, and was just overall super kind and outgoing. It felt like he was talking to a long lost friend rather than a stranger on the phone. She was not only efficient at her job, but she made a usually nerve wracking experience seem so effortlessly and easy.

I get that at the end of the day, insurance is insurance and they all pretty much do the same thing - save us in times of need. What separates this office though from others is the genuine connections their employees have with their clients. I’ve dealt with Trisha, Dennis, and Tina and each one went above and beyond to help with such care. For that, we are so appreciative. I dont normally write reviews but let me be the one to tell you Dennis was super professional and got me the same coverage i had elsewhere (for 6 years) and got me a new policy for a MUCH CHEAPER price. I cannot believe I was over paying before! Dennis answered all my questions and the turn around for a quote was in minutes. He was such a pleasure to interface with. I highly recommend!

She is very efficient and could tell she is experienced because after I provided her with my DL and car Registration, she input my info on her Computer and offered me a quote based on the coverage I thought I needed with the good driver discount and Driving Safety Record discount very quickly and explained the terms of her quote. I rate her excellent in the way she deals with clients and highly recommend her . Thank you Lord for having found this State Farm Office that day..as I had been driving around looking for an Agency ...

A professional Black man who as very understanding of my situation and was patient and processed my payment and gave me my receipt. I tried to switch everything to that office but he suggested I stay with my agent. lol
