Juan gave excellent customer service in getting a liability insurance policy in place at the last minute for an event that would happen the next day.

We switched insurance agencies recently due to the poor service and follow up by our prior agent. After reviewing options online, we decided to go with the Juan Zaragoza agency as they were highly rated. So far, their service level has been absolutely top notch. When you call, someone actually answers the phone which seems basic but not everyone does that these days. Their follow up has also been fantastic, and their entire team is responsive and are all great to work with. Highly recommended if service is important to you.
