This would be a 5 star review based on previous experience with the company but my most recent experience with "Vicky" was as far from a good experience as I've ever had with an insurance company in all our years in business. Her rude and condescending attitude coupled with incompetence caused us to lose coverage. As a towing company you can imagine that's a pretty big deal. Thanks Vicky. Needless to say she couldn't care less.

I recieved great help for my commercial policy from Elizabeth King Agent/Account Manager. She made sure I got the help I needed in a speedy manner so my insurance did not have a gap in coverage. I would totally use them in the future.

Cliff cottam ins I just saw your ad on ABC 10 very misleading about vehicle insurance not covering your RVs, motorcycle or boats. The company I do business with covers all my vehicles and accessories as well as my home.

People please do your own research, don't take an advertisement for the truth.
