Horrible company. The worse insurance company I have worked with in my 32 years of business. These people have no idea what they are doing. We used them for building and workers comp insurance for a very short time..... and were blown away at the unprofessional attitude they have, one person would promise us something, then not follow through. The others in the office are not connected to one another, so they too can't fix the problem. They send out bills for things that have no explanation, and say if you don't pay, we will send you to collections...... then when you ask for an explanation for a bill, or accounting, they can't give you one!!! It just goes on and on.

I promise you..... We are really easy customers, and can put up with allot...... these guys are probably the worst on the entire planet!!! No Kidding.
