Being insured many’s years with Allstate and after a no fault mva, I found out that I did not have the customer loyalty benefits as they advertise. Switching my auto over to Brian at Statefarm and combined my homeowners and adding my daughter as a new driver. I have a higher coverage and the rates worked out better. (I would of never believed it till I switched) Both Brian’s always respond to emails on time and always answer questions as needed.

Poor customer service, rude, unprofessional, and incompetent employees. This guy will start asking you the questions like he is a law enforcement officer, but unfortunately he needs to educate himself first. I had a bad experience with him , and he didn’t explain anything to me just print a couple of papers in order to be read . I’m very disappointed if I wanted those paperwork, then I would call State Farm insurance toll free number , and ask for it. I won’t recommend this location to friends, and families.👎👎😡😡

These are the most unprofessional insurance agents I've been unfortunate enough to work with. They charged my account $212, that was set up for auto pay. AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE STATE FARM INSURANCE!!!!!! When i called to get this money refunded, he not only hung up on me. But then continued to mock every word i said, verbatim: "well aren't you so sweet, you must know a lot about shady activity, just because your such a sweet girl, listen to your voice. Go ahead call your bank, they're not going to refund you your money, and neither am I."
I have never been so dehumanized by any person other than this man. And would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. He has put my account in the hole, and I have no way of getting it out until payday or my bank investigates his fraudulent activity with my card number. Either way, i'm a 24 yr old girl with a retail job, and am left with nothing entirely because this man thought it'd be funny to tease and hang up on me.
