I requested a home owners rental property insurance quote on a Friday afternoon before Mother’s Day. Amanda had the quote back to me within an hour and then took the time to make some adjustments to it. I called back at 4:30 and Ken Smalley who picked up my call was very helpful. Amanda then called me back just a couple minutes later and already had the DocuSign agreement ready for me to sign as I needed the policy in place by close of Sunday night! Whew! They have a great team! I highly recommend.

I recently Switched insurance companies and decided to go with farmers and in particular Ken Smalley's office because of all the reviews. Wow, let me tell you the customer service coming from this office is out standing. Right away, I felt very welcomed by Rebeca; she was on top of everything and made sure I didn't have the same experience from my previous insurance company. There was a mix up on my first bill. I brought it to the attention of Dora, she assured me they would get it handled. I kid you not, Rebeca called me back within a half an hour and not only fixed the mixup but also sent me a Starbucks gift card for my inconvenience.

I've been with Ken for over 20 years. My only claim was to have a roof replaced from hail damage from a freak storm. No issues getting that taken care of. Responsive friendly service, no pushy sales pressure. Premiums are very competitive. We get several discounts too, including from 21st century auto insurance who partner with Farmers.

Let's face it, dealing with insurance can be cumbersome and painful. Ken is cooler than the other side of the pillow and makes everything insurance related easy as 1-2-3. If you like awesome, convenient, and efficient service, Ken is your guy!

Ken did a great job finding me insurance that fit my budget. He's also responsive to emails and checks in once a year to update my coverage. I've been very pleased with the service so far. My one frustration, partly my own fault since I had a red-light ticket in Chicago (that I wasn't aware of) that made me an "at-risk" client, was that I was underwritten by Bristol West. BW service leaves a lot to be desired. Not a month after I got coverage, they pinned an accident on me that wasn't my fault...adding another point to my license. I cannot wait to be out from under BW, but Ken and his staff are great and they're working to put me with a different underwriter as the points expire from my license.
