She took the time and explained all of my insurance coverage and clause that I never understood but all agents ask. She took the time to build two vehicles insurance, an owner occupied home insurance and a landlord insurance policy. Her understanding and knowledge is superior, her patience is unmatchable, her professionalism is top notch and to top it off her kindness, No words, it also felt genuine not scripted or like she was on stage. Unfortunately I am still not a customer and that made me feel horrible when she call me back as promised to check up on my decision. For reasons NOT related to her or the company I had to stay with my current company. But the feeling of telling her that after her amazing treatment towards me I wasn’t going to be able to switch literally melted my heart, and I told her. She was still so humbled and her amazing attitude still was there. Natalie I promise in a few more months I will call you back! Keep on doing what you are doing! And to AllState you have a gem that is hard to find now a days. Associate like Natalie need to be well compensated, recognized and you should do whatever is necessary to retain them. Everyone could do a job but very few could do amazing work. Anyone could learn a system, and pick up the phone a talk to customers but few could interact positively with customers.
