Update: Got the company a workers comp policy. Left the original review before being able to get ahold of anyone calling the phone number from the website directly

Update: Sandra (owner of intel solutions) reached out to my business partner (my father) so I reached out to Sandra being that I am the point of contact.

Sandra offered to better my experience. I explained to the reason why left my review, felt that way and hoped she’d be able to do.

I explained I take full responsibility just blindly signing and not reviewing the agreement and understand the HIGH BROKERS FEE are NONREFUNDABLE. (They caught me off guard but same reason why I didn’t reach out my self first cause I knew they wouldn’t be able to do anything.)

She was unable to better my experience but did offered to make up for it during the renewal and asked if I could still leave a positive review.

Being that she was unable to better my experience and having her reach out only after my original review. I dont see the point of updating my review which is true.

And we left it like that…

Until she snitched on me by telling my father I didn’t change the review. And now we are here.

I would like to share my experience with Intel solution insurance because thank to them since l spoke to the owner he explained me step by step in my language what it needs to be done depending on the trade what's the best coverage for your business they're always respond to your questions and of course l'll give them the 5 starts and would recommend Intel solutions insurance before contacting someone else.
